3 Simple Steps to Change Your Life in Your Unique Way

With the almost infinite amount of information on the internet it is REALLY hard to separate what truly works and what doesn’t. The inexperienced copycat bloggers make this process even harder with their not-tested “knowledge”. As if this is not enough, it seems like scientists discover better ways or brand old ones as false, every day.

What can we do? How can we know what to choose, from all of those step-by-step guides or tips? How do we know that if we start doing something today, there won’t be someone disproving it tomorrow?

As impossible as it sounds, there are some “immortal” guides, which no one has and no one will prove wrong. The reason why so many things lose their worth of trust is because those methods are created and work for the individual that created them – but each person is different.

The truth to why some method works for someone and doesn’t for another, is due to each person’s mind, primarily – but not only. Those who succeed have different beliefs, habits, lifestyle, and even the way their bodies are accustomed to work or the people that surround them are different for each individual – no two persons are exactly alike.

That’s why there are so many methods. All of the methods are just different ways of getting to a certain point, but nothing says that some way will be the one for you, just because a scientist with a PhD finds it best for himself.

However, we must know how to discover what method to choose for ourselves. From my point of view these things that I am about to show you will change your life. They are timeless advice that will never lose their value.

I am not saying that these things will work as well for you as they do for me, because of the reasons I’ve just listed before. But, nonetheless they will change your life for the better, even if just a little bit.

They are easy, quick and if you ask me the 3 simplest and most effective ways I do to keep my life on the brighter side, these will be the things I’ll write about:

1. Every morning ask yourself these 12 Questions:

> What am I Grateful for?
> What am I Proud of?
> What am I Excited About Right Now?
> What am I Committed to Right Now?
> What Makes Me Happy?
> What Gives Me Pleasure?
> What is My Vision/Purpose?
> What is My Dream?
> Who Do I Love?
> Who Loves Me?
> What Are My 3 Most Amazing Internal Characteristics?
> What Are My 3 Most Amazing External Characteristics?

Even if you don’t give yourself a conscious answer, the question itself promotes the emotions you need. That’s how your higher self speaks to you, and that’s why it is crucial to ask yourself these 12 questions every morning, while your mind is not still fully awake.

2. Drink 8 Glasses of Natural, Clean Water per Day

The fact is that we are approximately 70% water. Even if you and I are some of the most different people in the world, you are still more than a half water – just like I am. They say we are what we eat but, logically, we are more what we drink than what we eat.

Throughout the day, no matter how little amounts of water we consume, our bodies absorb water from the food we eat, from the sodas we drink and all of the other unhealthy beverages. Therefore, we build unhealthy bodies with limited effectiveness of functioning. That’s why satisfying your daily needs for – natural and clean – water is crucial: so that your body will function properly.

Hydrating your body should be your no. 1 priority when it comes to a healthy diet. Applying this simple change in your life will benefit you more than you can imagine. Some of us don’t even realize what our bodies are truly capable of doing. If you workout you would probably need 1,5 liters more, depending on the intensity of your workout.

3. If you want to do something, do it before 3 seconds pass!

Our heart always knows what we want. Our mind is responsible for questioning and inventing better ways to accomplish something. However, our mind sometimes creates unneeded doubts and fears, which change our desire to do what we truly want to do. This is because our mind over-thinks the action and imagines almost every possible outcome. Those outcomes, which in all probability won’t happen, are far more intense in our mind, than they are in reality.

For our brilliant mind to accomplish this, it only needs 3 seconds. That’s why if we want to, let’s say approach a girl, we should do that in less than 3 seconds after having the idea, so we can bypass the over-thinking process and avoid fear or doubt before they are even created.

As bad as it seems at a certain moment, following your heart always turns out for the best. Believe me when I say this – FOLLOW YOUR HEART!

That’s how YOU walk towards a certain point. That’s how you create your own best way of accomplishing something. That’s how you create your own method, one that will work best for you, no matter what anybody else says. Go your own way!
